What if you could fall madly in love with your own beautiful self?!?!

Hi!

My name is Elizabeth Granger Lewis and

I am a mom of three, a recovering perfectionist and probably the world’s most self critical person EVER! Or… I was anyway, until I learned how to process my own emotions and live from a more aligned, grounded and LOVING place.

I used to, erroneously, believe that if I beat myself up enough to do and be all the things to be perfect, I would eventually BE perfect. Yeah… that didn’t work.

THIS WAS ME!

Beating up on the parts of me that were not “performing”

as I thought they “should” (sneaky word) did not help me perform better… in fact, it actually made me perform WORSE!  I was exhausted!  And... news alert, life is not about performing!

My life was a mess.  I was exhausted from doing for others and had completely lost myself in the process.  At a particularly low moment, prostrate on the ground, I decided to look for another way.  I began voraciously reading self help books to see if I could climb my way out of the hole I was in. I would read and then unpack what I had read with friends going through similar things. One day, a friend (who is also a therapist) told me she thought I was a Life Coach (and I had no idea what that was). I researched schools (realized I was already doing a lot of this) and went back for a certification... or three.  I have since, personally, studied under Mellisa Tiers, Simone Seol, David Bedrick, Alyssa Nobriga, Brooke Castillo and others! Can't stop - won't stop!  I love learning, evolving and then sharing it with my people. I will be doing this FOREVER!

In our time together we will work on awareness of what is happening in the mind, body and spirit, recognizing the innocence and benevolence of all of our emotions, accepting them and not making them bad or wrong and then forgiving ourselves for any judgements or misunderstandings we may have had. The more we are able to lovingly accept all of our “parts,” including the more “challenging" ones like fear, jealousy and anger, the more aligned and loving we feel in ALL areas of our life. This is how we get a more flexible and regulated nervous system - which, to me, is more valuable than quite literally, anything  else.

I can’t thank you enough for these last few months of coaching. No matter the topic, you handled it with care. You helped me realize I have the power to make lasting change in my life.”

Coach Liz, I want to thank you for helping me learn how to question my old beliefs about myself — which I didn’t even realize I had!— and to envision the person I want to become. Now, when I encounter a problem, instead of feeling defeated about it, I can hear your voice in my head suggesting that I welcome the difficulty, and instead see it as “my work,” showing me exactly where I need to grow. And your encouragement that I recognize my fear about my new business venture and channel it into useful energy has helped me move forward. I look forward to your continued guidance on my journey. - Kathy, Santa Barbara, CA

Dear Liz,

Thank you so much! You really gave me a safe place to go inward and explore. Who knew compassionate self forgiveness would be so powerful? And becoming more intimate with my different parts and seeing how they are all there to serve me was a game changer! Thank you so much!
